Olivier's career as a technologist began in 1993. Over the years, he developed extensive expertise in orthopaedic mobility and related technologies. In 2007, Olivier and Astrid founded Mobility By Olivier together, a successful company specialized in innovative technologies within the orthopaedic mobility sector.

In 2022, Mobility By Olivier joined the international Eqwal Group, an important step that enabled further growth and expansion. Until April 30, 2026, Olivier remained active within Eqwal Ability, where he used his expertise and entrepreneurial mindset to support innovation and development in the mobility and rehabilitation technology sector.

While Olivier was still active within Eqwal Ability, Astrid already started building the foundations of Glano in October 2025. Driven by her medical background and passion for innovative healthcare solutions, she established the first contacts with suppliers and partners and laid the groundwork for the further development of the company. On May 1, 2026, Olivier officially joined Glano to continue building and expanding the company together.

Astrid is trained as a nurse, which gives her a strong medical and practical perspective in the selection and development of the products distributed by Glano. Her experience within the healthcare sector ensures that Glano not only focuses on innovation and technology, but also on usability, patient comfort, and the daily needs of healthcare professionals and patients.

With Glano, Olivier and Astrid combine many years of experience in medical mobility and healthcare with a forward-looking vision of the future. They strongly focus on innovation and closely follow the rapid evolution of AI-driven technologies, with the goal of bringing smart, efficient, and future-oriented solutions to the Belgian market.
